Central Lakes Uruuruwhenua Resource Teachers of Learning and Behaviour (RTLB)
Resource Teachers of Learning and Behaviour (RTLBs) are experienced, specialised teachers dedicated to supporting inclusive education. We honour Te Tiriti o Waitangi by upholding its core principles—partnership, protection, and participation—while valuing the unique status of tangata whenua and the diverse languages and cultures across Aotearoa New Zealand.
Our team of 13 RTLBs supports 30 schools across Central Otago and Queenstown Lakes. We work collaboratively in schools with students and teachers in Years 2–10 to deliver high-quality, accessible support that improves learning outcomes and fosters inclusive environments.
